Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the BiteDesk application operated by Indulgein Flavors Catering Services Pvt. Ltd.

Eligibility

  • BiteDesk is intended for employees, staff, and authorized guests of participating facilities
  • Users must provide accurate account information and remain responsible for account activity

Placing Orders

  • Menu items, pricing, and meal-slot timings may change without prior notice
  • Every confirmed order generates a unique QR code
  • QR codes must be presented at the counter to collect orders
  • Orders can only be placed during the active meal slot and subject to availability

Complimentary Orders

  • Some items may be offered free of charge
  • The payment step is skipped automatically for complimentary orders
  • A QR code is still generated and must be presented for collection
  • Eligibility is determined by the facility and may change at any time

Prohibited Activities

  • Do not duplicate or forge QR codes
  • Do not reuse redeemed QR codes
  • Do not interfere with the ordering system
  • Do not place orders using another person's account without authorization
