Order Cancellation
Cancellation is generally not possible once an order is confirmed and payment succeeds
Requests made before preparation begins may be reviewed by support
Approval depends on kitchen discretion and timing
When Refunds Are Available
Payment was deducted but the order was not created due to a technical issue
Duplicate payment was made for the same order
An item paid for was unavailable and could not be served or substituted
When Refunds Are Not Available
The order was successfully prepared and redeemed using the QR code
The customer failed to collect the order during the active meal slot
The order was complimentary or had zero value
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method
Refund initiation usually takes 3–5 business days after approval
Bank processing may take an additional 5–7 business days
